With this series in hand the player now has the tool and resources needed to design their own workout using the drills and variations listed in each sports specific skill training and workout book. As a trainer I know that not everyone can afford a trainer or that players need additional training and work on their own and this resource helps them direct their own workouts
Players and coaches may now design and develop individual and/or partner training workouts by utilizing the “Game Elevation” sports specific training and workout series. "Game Elevation" is a sports specific training and workout series geared towards equipping the player and/or coach with the tools needed to go to the next level. With anyone of the “Game Elevation” training books from this series in the hand of a player, the player is sure to design, develop, and implement an individual training workout that will help him/her “turn their weaknesses into strengths and their strengths into weapons!”
These sports specific training and workout series books allow players and coaches to access the listed skill topics and their corresponding drills and variations through the contents page of the book. Once a skill topic and a specific drill have been selected from the contents page, the player will then be able to turn to the corresponding page and view all of the listed drill components (Drill Difficulty, Drill Type, Required Equipment, Drill Definition, Drill Recommendations, and Drill Variations). After reading the drill component the player will then be able to determine whether the drill and/or the listed variations meets his or current training objectives. If desired, the player may select the given drill or variation and pencil it into the blank space in the given blank workout drill forms found in the workout forms section in the back of the book. The player or coach may then move to the next blank space in the workout form and repeat the process until the workout has been completely designed. Once the player or coach determines that this is the workout that best fits his/her current training needs, they may then take the workout and begin to implement it into their current workout training schedule.
A players and coach may utilize that skill specific book, another skill specific book, or they may mix and match skills continually to update and/or change training workouts. Whatever the case may be the "Game Elevation" sports specific training and workout series will allow the player or coach to identify, scan, and then select the drills that best fit their training needs while continuing along the process of “turning their weaknesses into strengths and their strengths into weapons!”
